RTITB Forklift Instructor Course
Course aim:
To provide learners with the knowledge and skill to be able to instruct others on the safe operation of forklift trucks
Course objectives:
- On completion of this course learners will be able to:
- Understand the requirements of the legislation and the Code of Practise that apply to forklift operation
- Carry out pre- inspection checks on a range of forklifts
- Be able to develop and present a forklift training course
- Be able to demonstrate forklift operation skills effectively
- Be able to assess forklift operation skills
