Course Aim
To provide attendees with the skills to be able to operate a Mobile Elevated Work Platform safely
Course objectives
On successful completion of the course delegates will be able to;

Operate an MEWP safely and correctly in accordance with the Manufacturer’s handbook

Clearly understand the causes of instability while operating an MEWP

Be able to carry out correctly, a pre-use inspection of the MEWP

Work safely at height

Understand fully the procedures for the emergency lowering of the MEWP in the event of an emergency

Daily pre-use checks and maintenance requirements

Raising and lowering the MEWP safely and correctly

Evaluating Ground Conditions

Practical and written test
Certification
All delegates that successfully pass the written and practical test will receive a Certificate of Competence for that particular category. The certificate will last for a period of 5 years.
Cost
The cost for up to 4 persons onsite is € 800. Cost per person on a public course or offsite is € 330
