Qualtec are a very professional organisation from booking a course right through to certification. The staff are amazing and cannot do enough to ensure they deliver to your expectations. The courses are well presented and content of the courses are delivered at a good pace. Detailed handouts provided and good overall interaction with other delegates. Currently attending Sean's Training Delivery and Evaluation course. The was the course is presented is excellent. Lots of group discussion and everyone gets involved. Sean himself is very approachable and listens to what you have to say as well as giving his expertise over to us in a fun but informative way. Looking forward to the remaining days on the course
