Entry requirements:
Those attending this Food Safety Instructor Course should have a good command of English both oral and written.
Assessment:
Learners will complete a 20 question MCQ and deliver a module from the end user course material.
Certification and Accreditation:
On successful completion of this Food Safety Instructor Course candidates will receive a Qualtec certificate demonstrating competence to deliver food safety training in accordance with **FSAI standards. This is valid for five years.
Post Training Support:
We will provide post training support and advice to any or all candidate who may require it.
Course Delivery & Duration:
This Food Safety Instructor Course is delivered through a blend of Zoom and elearning over three days. Day 1 covers the Food Safety Content, Day 2 covers the Train the Trainer content and Day 3 is the assessment day where candidates will present a module from the content and complete a 20 question MCQ. Candidates that have an existing training qualification can be exempted from Day 2 through Recognition of Prior Learning.
Resources:
Food Safety Instructor Course is supplemented by our Food Safety elearning course. Delegates will be registered on our online elearning course which will have all resources required to deliver Food safety training. This includes full course content, PowerPoint slides, guides, sample certificate, links to videos and other online resources and test.
