PHECC Affiliated Trainers

Full procedures are provided in the Trainer Policy & Procedures Folder.

Affiliated Trainers must complete this PHECC Faculty Form and submit it be email along with copies of relevant certificates and evidence of insurance.

Suitable venues must be selected in accordance with the Premises Selection Procedure and the Venue and Facilities Form must be completed for each venue.

At least a week before the course the Course Notification & Pre Check Form must be completed and sent on. This includes a Pre Check on course equipment and consumables.

The Venue Checksheet part of the Trainer Report must be completed on the day of the course.

Course results must be submitted by email within a week of the course on the Trainer Course Report along with the signed Learning Agreement, evaluation forms, attendance Sheet, room set up pictures, Skills Sheets and MCQs.

Qualtec, QQI & Instructor Courses

Prior to the course commencing, trainers must complete this Online Venue Checksheet.

On completion of the course, trainers must complete this Trainer Report.

On completion of the course trainers need to get the Learner Evaluation Form completed by all learners.
